Minor Fire Outbreak: UT Bank continues To Offer Services

The minor fire that occurred at the office this morning was quickly put out. The necessary health and safety checks at the office were undertaken and the premise was declared safe for business by the Ghana National Fire Service, according to officials of the bank.

There were no injuries, casualties or damage to equipment, they stated.

“UT Bank’s Mobile Banking van was moved to the Airport City premises as a back up to continue to delight our customers with our prompt services. All our other branches across the country remain open for business” Rami Baitie, Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing of UT Bank said.

“The safety and security of our employees, customers and stakeholders are of paramount importance to us and we are committed to ensuring that our day to day operations are undertaken within strict safety and emergency guidelines,” he added.
