Customers storm Surfline stores In Accra

Customers of Surfline at shopSurfline launched Ghana’s first 4G LTE network with the promise to revolutionize customer experience within the Ghanaian Telecoms industry.

Since the launch, massive crowds have thronged Surfline’s static stores  and mobile stores in Dansoman, Tema, Osu, the Shell filling station at Airport, to take advantage of the ‘WOWerful’ promotion, a limited offer which gives Surfline customers who join the network within the launch period, free devices and double data for life.

Customers interviewed at the stores said they are not only happy about the launch offer of a free dongle, Mi-Fi or router and double data for life, but also excited to see an end to their internet connectivity challenges.

An excited customer at the Osu shop, Christian Lankwei Odartey, said “I am very excited about Surfline 4G LTE and cannot wait to start experiencing this world class internet speed.”

An elated Spencer W. Nortey had this to say on Facebook; I watched, I heard, I tried, I experienced, and I was wowed.” Kojo Sampah, another satisfied customer put this on Facebook; “Just Got My New Surfline Mi-FI & am Enjoying WOWerful Moments, Downloads & Uploads are on Point.”

For Surfline’s launch offer, customers who buys 5GB of data get 10GB instead and a FREE USB modem. For 20GB of data, customers get 40GB of data and a free Mi-Fi device, whiles customers who buy 50GB of data, get 100GB of data and a router for FREE.

Speaking on the high adoption rate of its services in its first week of operation, Rosy Fynn, Marketing Director of Surfline Communications said Surfline’s goal is to satisfy data- hungry customers who are dissatisfied with the current services provided by the network operators, hence the clamour for its services is not surprising.

She further stated that ‘as a true Ghanaian brand, Surfline is determined to connect Ghana to the modern internet world with simple and reliable, world class internet services and solutions’.
