Tracey Boakye Adjudged Most Influential Entrepreneur 2018, Dedicates Award to Ibrahim Mahama

Accra, Ghana, November 25, 2018//-Tracey Boakye, a prolific and popular Kumasi-based actress has been adjudged as Ghana’s Most Influential Entrepreneur 2018 at the maiden edition of Africa Tertiary Entrepreneurs Awards (ATEA) over the weekend.

The awards night held the plush Tomreik Hotel, East Legon, Accra saw Ms Boakye beaten Caritas Aryee, Bell Ray,Rhoda Odoi, Ohenewaa Trimude,Charlotte Debrah and Yvonne Nelson to take home the coveted the award.

ATEA is an award scheme founded by Aketesia Group, executive producers of Miss Noble Ghana Beauty Pageant and Shocki TV Series 1 and 2. The scheme is produced by Regis Entertainment.

Receiving the award, the Actress/Producer Ms Boakye dedicated the award to her boss Mr Ibrahim Mahama, a business magnate for always encouraging her to go the extra mile in her entrepreneurial journey.

She said: “This award is special dedicated to my boss who has always been encouraging and advising me, Mr Ibrahim Mahama, this award is for you. Thank you very much!”

The award

Ms Boakye who is said to be one of the most successful Kumawood actresses has featured in a number of Kumawood movies produced in Kumasi. These included-Vera, and Devil Between My Legs.
