
February 1, 2018//-Healthcare workers, teachers and students have added their voices to anti-government protests in Togo – staging a nationwide strike.
Theirs is the latest demonstration calling for an overhaul of Togo’s political system and the resignation of President Faure Gnassingbe, an end for the ruling family’s 50-year grip on power.
