Paris, France//- The business law firm STORK Avocats announced the arrival of Aurélien de Castéja and the cooptation of Perrine Delandre as partners.
This move within the pan-African firm supports the strong growth of STORK Avocats, particularly in West and Central Africa.
Aurélien de Castéja will head up the firm’s financing practice, while Perrine Delandre will continue to develop the firm’s projects practice, working closely with founder Nicolas Jean.
Aurélien de Castéja joins STORK Avocats from Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he worked for thirteen years as an associate and then as counsel in the Banking and Finance department.
He mainly advises on project finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance (LBOs) and sovereign transactions, whether bank or bond finance.
He advises governments, state-owned companies, investment funds and private and institutional investors, helping them to structure and implement investment projects.
Perrine Delandre joined STORK Avocats in 2023 after working for ten years at Gide Loyrette Nouel as an associate and then counsel.
She works mainly in sub-Saharan Africa in the fields of infrastructure, energy, real estate, hotels, and tourism.
She advises public authorities, investors, developers, and industrialists (both local and foreign), assisting them with the structuring and implementation (construction/operation) of development projects.
Perrine Delandre also specialises in advising governments, which she regularly assists with strategic sector reforms and the structuring of complex transactions.
