Old Film Production Collaborates with Kofas Media to Produce ‘Away Bus’ Movie

Accra, Ghana, March 16, 2019//-Old Film Production, producers of Keteke and Side Chick Gang movies has collaborated with Kofas Media to produce ‘Away Bus’ movie, a crime, drama and comedy to rekindle the comedy loving spirit of Ghanaians.

The movie which is expected to be shot in Accra and Dabla in the Volta Region because of it beautiful scenery, will be out on the screens during Easter.

Announcing the ‘Away Bus’ project at a press conference in Accra, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kofas Media, Kofi Asamoah lauded the collaboration and called on other movie producers to emulate their shining example.

He said: “It is important for us to combine our energies to produce quality movies for the people. With this partnership in our mind, we started the ‘Away Bus’ movie project a year ago”.

On his part, the Co-producer of the movie, Peter Sedufia explained: “The Away Bus movie is a story of two sisters and they have to raise money to support their sick mother. But they ended up being robed”.

He added: “The movie is a crime, drama and comedy which will portray the Ghanaian identity. For more of the story, wait for the movie in April 2019”.

The renowned Ghanaian producers named Tracey Boakye, Agya Koo, Yvonne Okoro, Salma Mumin, John Dumelo, Abeiku Santana, Moesha Boduong, Rosemond Brown, Fella Makafui, Akrobteo, Master Richard, Umar Krupp, Ahuofe Patri, as part of the yet-to-be-shot movie.
