New Policy: ‘MTN Ghana Has Not Yet Received Govt’s Notice from NCA’

Accra, Ghana, June 8, 2020//-Scancom Plc parent company of MTN Ghana says it has not yet received the government’s formal notification from the National Communications Authority (NCA).

It is awaiting to assess the details of the notice from the NCA, the telecoms industry regulator, according to a press release issued in Accra today by the Corporate Services Executive of MTN Ghana, Samuel Koranteng.

Until then, MTN Ghana will refrain from making any public statements or comments on this matter, it said.

The release assured that MTN Ghana is a responsible market leader in a highly competitive market.
