MTN Ghana says it is moving its Customer Service Center at Osu from the Woodin Building on Osu Oxford Street Accra, to the Supreme Building, 11th Lane, off Oxford Street, near Universal Merchant Bank, in the business hub area.
In preparation for the move, the last day of operating the MTN Customer Service Center at the Woodin Building will be Friday, January 16, 2015, according management of the telecom service provider.
MTN customers who require Customer Care Services between 17th and 19th January 2015 may visit nearby service centers such as Busy Internet Office, Roman Ridge and 37 Shell. Alternatively, customers may also access the MTN Self Service by a call to the call center on 111 or 100 for assistance.
Speaking on the relocation, the Acting Customer Care Executive, Lawrence Akosen indicated that, MTN’s cherished customers can expect even better service in a safer, more convenient, spacious and customer friendly environment at the Supreme Building at Osu, starting Tuesday, 20 January, 2015.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences this may cause” he added.
The company used the opportunity to assure its customers of its commitment to continue to provide innovative and quality services for it valued customers.
