Mobile network operator MTN Ghana is offering instant international money transfers from Skrill accounts in over 200 countries to its Mobile Money customers in Ghana.

Skrill is the digital wallet service from Paysafe, a leading global provider of payment solutions.

The collaboration makes it easy for Skrill customers to move money directly into MTN Mobile Money accounts in any currency via the Skrill International Transfer (Skrill IT) service.

Customers can then cash out funds at any time at an MTN Mobile Money agent in Ghana.

Consumers in Ghana can now also add the MTN Mobile Money account details to their Skrill  profile to access funds from their Skrill wallet. The service went live in March 2016.
