GlobalData Reveals Top 10 Solar Power Influencers on Twitter in Q2 2021

Companies are also responding to the rising demand for reliable and sustainable energy. Against this backdrop, GlobalData, a leading data and analytics company, has ranked the top solar power influencers during the second quarter (Q2) of 2021, based on their performance and engagement on Twitter.

GlobalData’s Solar Power Influencer Platform tracks top 150 solar power experts and their discussions pertaining to topics around solar power innovation, trends, companies etc. Tor Valenza, Founder and CMO at UnThink Solar, LLC emerged as the top solar power influencer during Q2 2021. Valenza largely shares updates on clean energy products and services on Twitter.

Jesse Jenkins emerged as the next top influencer among the solar power experts with an influencer score of 87. Jenkins is an Assistant Professor at Princeton University and Macro-scale Energy Systems Engineer, with a focus on the rapidly evolving electricity sector.

Mark Z Jacobson, with an influencer score of 80 on GlobalData Solar Power Influencer Platform, was ranked third in Q2 2021. Jacobson is a Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering, and Director of Atmos/Energy Program at Stanford University. Jacobson mostly shares his views and opinions on climate, air pollution, clean and renewable energy.
