Ghana’s Opposition Party NDC Inaugurates 2020 Manifesto Team

Accra, Ghana, October, 23, 2019//-Ghana’s largest opposition party National Democratic Congress (NDC) today inaugurated its 2020 Manifesto Committee at a function held at the party headquarters in Accra.
The committee which was inaugurated by the Leader and Flagbearer, H. E President John Dramani Mahama was tasked to develop what was described as the “peoples’ manifesto”.

A manifesto that responds to the specific needs of the people, as the party embarks on a rescue mission to deliver the people from the current socio-economic misery occasioned by the Akufo-Addo government.

The committee is Chaired by Ace diplomat and academic Prof. Kweku Danso Boafo and supported by a strong team of experienced experts, technical persons, academics and public policy practitioners from across the various sectors of the economy.
The other members of the committee include the following; Haruna Iddrisu. Peter Boamah Otokunor,  Dr. Ekow Spio Garbah, Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyeman, Alex Mould, Augustus Goosie Tanoh, Dr Johnson Asiama, Dr. Alhassan Yakubu, Dr. William Ahadzie, Prof John Gatsi, Prof Asiama, Sam Pee Yalley Esq., Michael Abbey, Kyeretwie Opoku Esq., Benedict Lassey Esq., Nana Oye Lithur, Sabastian Deh, Napoleon Kpoh, Prof. Stephen Kende, Mavis Ama Frimpong and a Representative from AGI.

The committee shall work with a team of four consultants led by Prof Kwamena Ahwoi and supported by Abaka Quansah,  Mrs. Sherry Ayittey,and  Dr. Christine Amoako Nuamah.

For the avoidance doubt, Sammy Gyamfi Esq. and Kakra Essamuah Esq. shall be the official spokespersons of the 2020 Manifesto Committee.
