Accra, Ghana//-Ghana’s Minerals Commission has been hit by massive shakeup due to its inability to clamp down on soaring illegal mining activities in the country.
To this end, the Commission has transferred a number of its district and regional officers to enable it fight the menace.
Some of the transfers took effect on Wednesday, May 19 with most of them to start work on Tuesday, June 1, according to a press release.
