Agility Warehouse Parks (AWPs) provide world class warehousing infrastructure to support the development of local, regional and international trade enabling multinational and local companies to access the burgeoning African market by providing ready to move-in facilities in a secure environment with consistent power and internet connectivity.
AWP warehouses are used by companies for distribution, storage, assembly, processing and light manufacturing. Agility’s Warehouse Park opened in Tema, Ghana in 2016,with a targeted built up area of 100,000 sqm when completed, Phase 1 and 2 are fully occupied from drilling and blasting to the total construction and Agility has invested a further $13 million for the construction of Phases 3,4 and 5 which will be operational by quarter one, 2019 said Charles Gassoub – Vice President West Africa.
