Accra, Ghana, November 22, 2020//-Mrs Genevieve Pearl Duncan Obuobi, a seasoned Ghanaian banker on Saturday graduated with Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the Swiss Business School (SBS).
Her local tuition took place inside the Ghana’s campus of the Nobel International Business School (NiBS) which runs different programmes for different schools across the world.
Dr Duncan Obuobi’s DBA topic was on the “Impact of Bank’s Customer Relationship Management on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty on SMEs: The Moderating Role of Advisory Services and Capacity Building”.
She is a Branch Sales and Service Manager of Fidelity Bank Ghana, an author, coach, and champion of excellence customer service with professional experience spanning more than 15 years in the banking sector has by this added to her enviable education background the DBA.
Commenting on the feat, Dr Duncan Obuobi said: “To the glory of God…fully completed my doctoral studies in business administration….it’s been a journey of great transformation of collaboration, critical thinking and analysis as well connecting with great minds..forever grateful to God for the strength he gave me to be able to juggle all together…academics ,motherhood ,wifely duties ,corporate life and all the others…
To the glory of God is all I can say”.
She is very grateful to all those who supported her in diverse ways especially her family, great mentors and coaches, Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited and all her bosses for creating an enabling environment to complete this successfully.
Dr Duncan Obuobi is also grateful to her Research Assistant, Kwadjo Mintah Programmes Director, Dr Hod and her Supervisor Dr Fred Yamoah for the great support.
Prior to this getting the doctorate, Dr Duncan Obuobi had an EMBA from the University of Ghana and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from GIMPA.
She is also management certified by Harvard Business School, USA; Cranfield Management Institute, UK and China Europe International Business School, (CEIBS), China.
Dr Duncan Obuobi is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, New Mexico USA, and an associate member of the Retail Banking Academy, UK and the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
She has received several awards including the prestigious Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance (CILG) Ghana personality of the year 2019.

The award was bestowed on her for her community work, knowledge sharing and leadership drive to impact others.
Dr Duncan Obuobi was also the winner of the 2018 prestigious CEIBS Alumni Excellence award.
