First Atlantic Bank To Open Three More Branches

bank firstFIRST Atlantic Bank, a rising star in Ghana’s banking industry says it would open at least three more branches before the end of 2014.

This forms part of the bank’s nationwide branch expansion exercise to bring its world class banking services to the door steps of Ghanaians throughout the country.

To this end, the fourth in the series of the branches to be opened was rolled out at Abossey Okai, Ghana’s largest auto spared parts business hub in the Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) of the Greater Accra Region. This will bring the bank’s number of branches to be opened this year to 10.

Opening the bank’s Abossey Okai branch, the Executive Director of First Atlantic Bank said: “We bring you today a differentiated brand with bespoke products and service offerings which will be delivered by a knowledgeable and well motivated staff”.

He added that they were also positioning the bank as a conduit for investment flows into Ghana while leading in the development of alternative channels to bring banking closer to the doorsteps of every Ghanaian.

Mr Addo stated: “For the many businesses at Abossey Okai, you are the reason for which we are here. We are prepared to partner with you, support you with Letters of Credit (LCs), transfers, payments and collections as well as e-banking solutions (Visa prepaid and debit cards, Mastercard, Internet banking, Mobile banking and SMS Alerts).

For those of you involved in manufacturing we will help facilitate the movement of your goods and services across the sub-region”.

According to him, their value propositions were geared towards identifying customer needs and expectations and providing value adding solutions for those needs.

The overriding goal, Mr Addo explained was to be at the forefront of banking innovation, defining the industry landscape and creating value for all their stakeholders, thereby living their mantra of being refreshingly different.
