FanMilk Ghana Reaffirms Its Strong Growth Trajectory

FanMilk executives at GSE’s Facts Behind the Figures

Accra, Ghana// – Fan Milk PLC has reaffirmed its strong growth trajectory and commitment to sustainable business practices in the country.

 

The company gave this assurance when its management took their turn at the annual Facts Behind the Figures stakeholder engagement session, which brought together more than 100 shareholders, analysts, regulators, media representatives, and other stakeholders virtually.

During the session organised by the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), FanMilk’s leadership team provided insights into the company’s financial performance, growth strategy, and sustainability agenda, underscoring the business’s continued momentum and long -term outlook.

According to the team, FanMilk delivered a strong performance in 2025, with revenue increasing by 46% to GHS1.0 billion from GHS683.8 million in 2024.

Gross profit grew by 47% to GHS364.5 million, while net profit rose by 38% to GHS68.3 million. Earnings per share also increase d by 38% to GHS0.59, reflecting the company’s disciplined execution and focus on operational excellence, the team added.

The positive momentum continued into 2026. For the six months ending June 2026, revenue grew by 25% year -on-year to GHS635.5 million, gross profit increased by 89% to GHS316 million, and net profit surged by 214% to GHS81.9 million, highlighting significant improvements in profitability and efficiency.

The management attributed the results to the successful execution of its strategy of “Bringing Back the Pride by Fixing the Fundamentals” while sustaining double -digit growth across key categories and strengthening its route -to-market execution.

Beyond financial performance, FanMilk highlighted notable progress in sustainability and social impact.

The company has recovered more than 11.2 million plastic wrappers, achieved 100% recyclable packaging across its portfolio, expanded renewable energy investments through solar installations, and advanced responsible water stewardship initiatives.

FanMilk also announced that it successfully attained both B Corp Certification and Living Wage Certification in 2025, reinforcing its commitment to responsible business practices and employee well -being.

Through its Dan’Care programme, all employees continue to benefit from comprehensive health and income protection support.

Looking ahead, FanMilk reaffirmed its ambition to accelerate growth across all categories from 2026 to 2030 while continuing to create value for consumers, shareholders, employees, and communities.
