Lome, Togo//-Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) has announced the cancellation of its Ordinary General Meeting (OGM), scheduled to be held by videoconference on Monday, 26 October 2026.
In short statement issued by the by Order of the Board of Directors of ETI on Friday 23, October 2026, it explained: “The decision is intended to allow time for broader stakeholder consultations on matters about the OGM, as directed by ETI’s primary regulator, the Banking Commission of the West African Monetary Union (WAMU)”.
ETI therefore apologised for any inconvenience the cancellation may cause and thanks its shareholders for their understanding and continued trust.
