Chief Sales and Distribution Officer for MTN Ghana, Shaibu Haruna told journalists that the gesture by his outfit was to thank the distributors for their yeoman job.

He said: “We have very solid partners who have supported us over the years in building our brand and supporting us in our route to market.

This is in line with our 25th anniversary celebration we thought it was our token of our appreciation for the good work that they have done for our business over the years. So this is more of thank you for the good work that our distributors have done for MTN over the last 25 years”.
