Accra, Ghana, May 21, 2020//-Ghana Center for Democratic Development (CDD-Ghana), an independent, non-government and non-profit research and advocacy institute that promotes democracy, good governance and economic openness in Ghana and Africa, has submitted a Memorandum to the Education Committee of Parliament on the Public Universities Bill.
The Center in the memorandum is advocating for the autonomy of public universities in Ghana to be guarded.
