Aftown Music and MTN Ghana in Landmark Partnership

Accra, Ghana, February 13, 2019//-MTN Ghana launched its subscription partnership with Aftown music, Ghana’s most recognized indigenous music streaming service and online music platform.

The aftown music service is available for users to stream using “MTN Airtime Subscription”, another innovation for customers who want to have access to unlimited music wherever they are.

MTN Ghana subscribers can simply download the aftown music app from Google Play or the Apple App Store, to choose an affordable daily, weekly or monthly package at 20p,70p, and GH2.50p respectively to enjoy unlimited content on the aftown music app. However, standard data charges apply. The application developers are working on putting out a beta version that includes personalized songs for requests, but why wait when you can get them instantly on the internet.

Commenting on this initiative, Senior Manager, Products and Services of MTN Ghana said “MTN has declared 2019 as the year of the customer and in this regard, we will continue to focus on partnerships that will delight our customers through the provision of innovative digital music solutions.”

Aftown music offers users an unlimited repertoire of music and video content from some of African artists. It also gives subscribersability to enjoy live streaming from aftown related events such as concerts as well as live radio 24/7 with some of the best music radio shows across the continent.

Users will also be able to get first hand exclusive access to new songs and albums from African music giants across different genres.

Launching the partnership, aftown music’s Head of Business Development, Roland Ohene Amoako, said, “This partnership promises great opportunities for both, music lovers and artists as well.
