
The U.S.A-Africa Chamber of Commerce, Ghana (USA-ACC) and iChange Nations(iCNTM) have congratulated Ghana’s newly sworn-in President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo and the entire Ghanaian citizenry for holding successful elections in 2016 and deepening the country’s democracy.
According to Dr. Clyde Rivers who is a United Nations Peace Ambassador and the President of iCNTM which is the largest “Establishing Cultures of Honour” organization in the world, Ghana as a country that is clearly dedicated to democratisation has the potential to become the first Golden Rule Nation in the World especially with the establishment of the first African Chapter of the USA-ACC in Accra.
These were contained in a joint press release issued by the two organisations to congratulate the new Ghanaian President and the people of Ghana.
Dr. Richmond Annan, CEO of iCNTMAfrica added that the USA-ACC and ICN™ are committed to supporting efforts at deepening democracy and economic stability within the countries in which they operate.
Dr. Gladys Loggin-Florunsho, the Founder of the USA-ACCalso expressed appreciation for the pioneering leadership of the Ghanaian Chapter of the USA-ACC under the chairmanship of Martin Ofori, CEO of Crystal Capital & Investments Ltd. and his Vice, Charles Bennin of Ideal Insurance Brokers.
Mr. Ofori said that Ghana has earned its spot as a beacon of democracy in Africa and will be a trail blazer in establishing the Golden Rule of doing business.He added that the USA-ACC Ghana office is currently in the process of establishing qualifying procedures to register reputable organisations in Ghana to be part of a prestigious group of organisations that have received the honour of practicing the Golden Rule of doing business. Their congratulatory message is below:

We acknowledge your dedication to the continuous democratization process and say “ayeeko” for your hard work during your term as President of Ghana and efforts at ensuring a peaceful transition.
We commend the Electoral Commission for a job well done in the organization of the 2016 General Elections.
We would also like to acknowledge the work of the National Peace Council, Institute of Democratic Governance (IDEG), other Civil Service Organizations, and all Ghanaians in protecting our thriving democracy.
