UK Based Oxford Economist Proposes New Development Economics Model

Professor Dr Frank Forbes-Menson

Accra, Ghana, August 15, 2020//-Professor Frank Forbes-Menson, an Oxford University Educated Economist has proposed a new Development Economics model for the current political dispensation.

Prof Forbes-Menson stressed that the model-‘SPRINKLE UP ECONOMICS’ focused on the yearning and dire need to design econopolitical development policies directly for the grassroots poor of the economy.

This was epitomised by the Running Mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang’s recent visit to the Dodowa Market Women in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.

Prof Forbes-Menson described his new model as a positive reinforcement of assurance to the rural poor that must cut across all boundaries of socioeconomic development planning agenda for all politicians for the impending elections, among others.

He therefore promised to pilot the model in the ongoing political campaign train in Ghana.

Prof Forbes-Menson who is also a Senior Lecturer of Accounting, Finance, Banking and Economics at the York St John University, UK, indicated his future intentions of reviewing the Maslowian Psychological theory of Need satisfaction to incorporate WIFI as the main essential physiological Need cum Hygiene Factors of Humans.

Prof Forbes-Menson who lives in both Switzerland and UK to run his investment banking businesses and teaching commitments will throw more lights on the model-‘SPRINKLE UP ECONOMICS’ in the coming weeks.
