Accra, Ghana//-Totalenergies Marketing Ghana PLC today announced the appointment of Madam Laurence Bernice as a Board Member of the company, effective 26th March 2026.
Madam Laurence Bernice replaces Mr Patrick de Virty d’AVAUCOURT, who has been reassigned within the TotalEnergies Group.
Brief profile of Madam Laurence Bernice
Madam Laurence BERNIER is a senior professional with over twenty-three (23) years of experience in the areas of aviation, international supply chain management, and legal affairs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
She began her career in 2003 as Legal Counsel in the Legal Department and Industrial Agreements at Total France, where she served until 2005. She was appointed as Legal Counsel in 2005 within the General Secretariat at Total Outre- Mer, Africa and the Middle East region, managing litigation and pre-litigation matters, as well as drafting and negotiating commercial, industrial, and logistics contracts.
In 2011, Madam Bernier was reassigned as Supply Manager, with oversight responsibility for white products and base oils/additives supply at Total Outre-Mer across Africa and the Middle East.
In 2017, she transitioned into the TEMS Aviation Division, assuming the role of Sales Manager, Commercial Aviation France & Industrial Key Accounts.
In this capacity, she managed economic performance across 25 airports until 2023. She currently serves as Business Development & Asset Analysis Manager within TEMS Aviation Division.
Madam Bernier holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Private International Law and International Trade from Paris II Assas, as well as a Master’s degree in International and European Law. She is Fluent in French and English, with basic proficiency in German.
