THE management team of Tigo Ghana led by its CEO, Roshi Motman, have paid a visit to the Paramount Chief of Essikado Traditional Area, Nana Kobina Nketsia V.
The working visit formed part of the stakeholder engagement for the telecom service provider’s overhead fibre project in the Western Region of Ghana.
At the meeting in Sekondi, the Chief Executive of Tigo Ghana, Roshi Motman spoke about the company vision to become the digital service provider of choice for Ghanaians.
Highlighting the company’s quest to improve network quality in the region, she explained that the US$3.2 million overhead fibre cable project forms part of several investments that Tigo is making to provide its customers with a quality and resilient network.
“Network quality is one of the biggest driving force of Ghana’s competitive telecoms sector. It is fundamental to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and we are keenly aware of this.”
She assured Tigo customers that by March 2015, they will start to experience a brand new quality network experience from Tigo.
The paramount Chief of Esikado Traditional area, Nana Kobina Nketsia V, commended Tigo for supporting various community initiatives aimed at improving living standards in deprived communities.
The management members of Tigo also called on the Chief of Bogoso Cocoasi, Nana Kwesi Sompreh.
