The Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications has congratulated Joseph Anokye on his appointment as acting Director General of the National Communications Authority ( NCA).
Mr Anokye, was until his appointment, a Senior Telecommunications Consultant at National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States.
“We are pleased to welcome Joseph Anokye as the NCA’s new Director General,” said Mr. Kwaku Sakyi Addo, CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications.
“The mobile industry has fundamentally changed how people and businesses communicate. A lot has been achieved, but a lot remains to be done and the Chamber looks forward to working with the new Director General to achieve his and Government’s vision,” Sakyi-Addo said.
The Telecoms Chamber wishes the former Director General, Mr. William Tevie, well in his future endeavors.
Mr Anokye was appointed on 24, 2017 by the President Nana Addo Dankwa Akuf0-Addo to steer the affairs of the NCA.
