By Samuel Nii Narku Dowuona GHANA’S National Communication Authority (NCA) will, before the close of this month, call for public consultation on four new telecom industry license categories, one of which is the single Interconnect Clearinghouse License, intended for a number of purposes including serving as a national firewall against a number of industry frauds.
