Accra, October 17, 2017//-A civil society, Coalition for Social Justice (CSJ) has petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) to investigate the Managing Director of the Bulk Oil Storage and Transportation company limited (BOST), Alfred Obeng.
