VARIOUS Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies (MMDAs) in the three northern regions of Ghana have incurred the displeasure of Parliament’s Public Accounts Committee (PAC) after misappropriating GH₵21 million from the District Assemblies Common Fund.
