Over 150 guests including a range of institutional investors, African Ministers of Finance, Central Bank Governors, leading international investment bankers, and private companies are expected to attend the 5th Africa Debt and Capital Markets (ADCM) Summit for the first time in Washington D.C. during the IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings on 16th April 2015.
