Accra, July 6, 2017//- The Association for the Development of Education in Africa (ADEA), a forum for policy dialogue, composed of all Ministers in charge of education, science and technology in Africa has congratulated Ghana and Seychelles for having well-developed management information systems for their higher education institutions.
