The US$700 million five-year lease deal, the Government of Ghana (GoG), entered into with Ameri Energy Group of Dubai for the a 250Megawats (MW) generating units is a bad deal, the Executive Director of Africa Centre for Energy Policy (ACEP), Dr. Mohammed Amin Adam has said.
