Ghana’s ex-Minister of Finance, Dr. Kwabena Duffuor has expressed surprise at the decision by the Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) and the Finance Ministry to drop the payroll software ‘Akatua’ developed by the Ghanaian company, SOFTribe.
