TI Sparkle, the International Services arm of Telecom Italia Group, has announced a new partnership with the world’s leading Internet exchange provider, DE-CIX, which will establish an Internet exchange (IX) in “Sicily Hub,” TI Sparkle’s latest Next Generation Data Center in Palermo, Italy.
