Ghana’s Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development has selected the most preferred mobile money wallet in the country, Tigo Cash, as its payment platform to help mobilise households’ contributions for the ‘Global Partnership for Output Based Aid’ (GPOBA) Sanitation Project.
