Amandi Energy Limited (Amandi Energy) today announced that it has reached financial close and begun construction of the $552 million Amandi Energy Power Plant (Amandi Project), a 200 megawatt (MW) combined cycle, dual-fuel power project in Aboadze, Ghana.
