US President Barack Obama announced that the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), the U.S. government’s development finance institution, plans to join Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women and International Finance Corporation (IFC) in the Women Entrepreneurs Opportunity Facility (WEOF).
