NaaviQ CEO Continues to Make Ghana Proud on International Stage

Accra, Ghana//-Ms Victoria Naashika Quaye, CEO of Naaviq Company Limited, a leading Ghanaian engineering firm specialised in mineral water production, drilling of boreholes, and water treatment services continues to make Ghana proud on the international stage.

This follows her recent recognition as ‘Exemplary Leadership’ (Entrepreneurship) at The Peak Performing Woman of the Year 2023 in Lagos, Nigeria organised by The Peak Performer Africa (TPP), a leading premium thought-leadership portal and magazine.

The recognition comes in less than a few weeks after she won the Global Excellence in Corporate Social Responsibility and Community Development award at the 2023 Leaders Without Borders (LWB) Annual Business Summit and Global Honours in London, UK.

So, Ms Naashika Quaye who runs her business in a male dominated industry won these two international awards in less than a month.

Presenting the award to Ms Naashika Quaye at the maiden Peak Performing Woman of the Year 2023, Summit, Exhibition and Awards, the Publisher/Editor-In-Chief of TPP, Dr Abiola Salami said: This is in acknowledgement of your sterling contribution to the growth of your industry and your commitment to mentoring other women”.

We hope this will inspire you to deliver excellence across your multiple roles, he added.

Addressing Ms Naashika Quaye and the other awardees earlier, Dr Salami stated: “We are recognising the exceptional achievements of some outstanding women who have attained sterling positions in their respective fields in Africa.

These women have broken barriers, defied odds, and achieved remarkable feats in their industries, paving the way for others to follow their bright examples”.

Congratulatory message

For years, the outstanding contributions of women were often overlooked and downplayed, today we are here to celebrate and acknowledge their amazing accomplishments, Dr Salami said.

“From entrepreneurship, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), social impact and sustainability, banking and finance, professional services, marketing, media and entertainment, human capital development, IT and telecommunications, amongst others, these women have shown that gender is not a hindrance to success, but rather a catalyst for change.

Other awardees in Ms Naashika Quaye’s entrepreneurship category were-Yvonne Chioma Ofodile, Managing of Lagos-based Zetile Oil and Gas Limited, and Adeola Atitebi, Project Director of Transformacion Designs.
