The Ghana Stock Exchange (“GSE”) announced to the general investing public the resignation of John Kofi Adomakoh from the Council of the GSE with effect from February 21, 2025.
Mr Adomakoh joined the Council on July 28, 2021, and was appointed Chairman on May 21, 2024.
The GSE acknowledges, with immense appreciation, the exceptional leadership and strategic direction that Mr. Adomakoh provided, which have contributed significantly to strengthening the market and enhancing investor confidence. The GSE wishes Mr. Adomakoh the very best for the future.
