
Ghana’s President John Dramani Mahama has submitted his final batch of deputy ministerial nominees to Parliament for approval.
This is by Articles 78(1) and 79(1) of the 1992 Constitution.
The nominees are:
- Dorcas Toffey, MP – Ministry of Transport
- James G. Quayson, MP – Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Mohammed Adam Sukparu, MP – Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations
- Grace Ayensu-Danquah, MP – Ministry of Health
The nominations mark the final set of appointments by the President to fill deputy ministerial roles in his administration, subject to parliamentary approval through the Speaker of Parliament.
