Accra, Ghana, April 18, 2020//-Ghana today added 193 new cases to its 641 case count.
According to the Ghana Health Service (GHS), this brought the national tally to 834 up from the previous 641.
Unfortunately, one more death has been recorded while the number of recovered cases increased to 99.

The Ghana Health Service had successfully tested over 57,000 samples as at April 15, 2020.
However, the general public is advised that this does not represent new infections that are occurring. It represents results from tests of a backlog of samples.
Greater Accra, Ashanti, Eastern, Northern, Volta, Upper East, Upper West, Central, Western and North East are regions which recorded positive cases in the country.
