Chief Priest : Asante King Won’t Die

AsanteTHE SPIRITUAL Head of the Asante Kingdom, Baffour Asabre Kogyawoasu III, has allayed fears of Asanteman and entire Ghanaians over death prophecy purportedly directed at the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

The Founder and Leader of the Glorious Word Ministry International, Rev. Isaac Owusu Bempah claims he received a prophecy during a Watch Night Service that a major calamity could befall the Asante Kingdom after seeing the whole of the Kingdom clad in black as a result of the demise of a very prominent personality.

Though the controversial preacher stopped short of mentioning the said prominent figure, which he claims will fall this year, his subsequent interviews with various radio stations clearly point to the occupant of the Golden Stool, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

Rev. Owusu Bempah further prophesied about the death of a flagbearer of a major political party in the country, specifically the New Patriotic Party’s Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo.

However, the spiritual leader of the Golden Stool, Baffour Kogyawoasu, says the Asantehene will be safe and will live happily to see the end of 2015.

“God’s hand is on the Great King, Nananom will fully protect him and nothing will happen to Otumfuo. He will leave to see the end of 2015 and beyond, I can assure Ghanaians,” Baffour Asabre Kogyawoasu, who is traditionally called Nsumankwaahene pledged.

Speaking to the Host of Fox FM Breakfast show, Kojo Boateng, in Kumasi yesterday, the Asantehene’s Spiritual Head noted that though he will not begrudge the preacher for the so called prophecy, he was fully optimistic that His Royal Majesty will continue to live and serve the Kingdom and the entire country so long as God permits.

“Rev. Owusu Bempah is entitled to his revelations; Otumfuo believes in all the spiritual denominations. I know God will not allow something of that sort to happen to Asanteman and the entire country; his hands are on the Great King and he will continue to support him,” He stated.

He pointed out that this was not the first time that a so called prophecy has been revealed about the Great King, adding “so long as God Almighty and Nananom are alive, the Asantehene is safe.”

When quizzed whether the Royal Palace will make any advances in a move to avert the so called spiritual calamity, Baffour Kogyawoasu stated that the Asantehene has always engaged in spiritual interventions from all religious faiths; including Christianity, Islam, Tarot readings, clairvoyant readings, and involving different types of spirituality such as contacting psychics like those at https://lakeviewpsychic.com/ and also the Traditional Worship.

The Chief Priest, however, said he was not happy with the way Rev. Owusu Bempah usually goes about with his prophecy, particularly about the Great King, choosing to broadcast it in the public, instead of approaching the Palace.

He said though the Royal Kingdom would not stop any individual or group of people from seeking spiritual intercession, it must be done in a proper manner in order not to cause panic and unnecessary reaction, they say they have strongly believes in all the psychic readings coming from Joan Logan, which say they are in good hands. People love psychic readings through psychic hotline because they know that it could be a sign that they’re making the right choice for them. If you do a second reading or see the same person twice in a day or even in a week, make a distinction between the psychic and the person’s interpretation of the messages. The individual who’s reading might not be telling the truth, and you should consider that carefully. If you want a reading then check out this psychic medium hotline.

“Lots of Pastors and Church Leaders always come to Manhyia to share prayers with the King and there is nothing wrong at all if a Man of God says he has had a prophecy about Otumfuo.

However, one thing I know is that this Rev. Bempah has never set foot in this Palace before, if he has any vision about the King, the proper thing to do is to come here and let’s share ideas as to how we can avert it, rather than to go public with it,” the Chief Priest stated. The Chronicle
