Access Bank (Ghana) Plc announced that at its 17th Annual General Meeting held on 20th June 2025, the shareholders of the Bank approved the payment of a final dividend per share of GHS0.3645 for the financial year ended 31st December 2024.
All shareholders registered in the books of Access Bank (Ghana) Plc at the close of business on Friday, July 18th, 2025, qualified for the final dividend.
The final dividend was paid on Friday, 1st August, 2025. Other Information to Shareholders Shareholders who did not receive their 2024 Final Dividend on 1st August 2025 would have been due to payment issues as a result of inaccurate or missing bank or mobile money (MoMo) details.
Such shareholders are kindly advised to contact their Stockbroker promptly to update their bank or MoMo payment mandate. Once the update is complete, shareholders should notify the Registrar to initiate the reprocessing of their dividend payment.
