A Look At Mid-year Budget Review for Ghana

Ghana’s Minister of Finance Minister today presented the 2021 Mid-year budget review to Parliament stressing that the country’s transformation agenda to mitigate the dire effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on the economy is still on course.

Presenting the 2021 Mid-year budget review to Parliament on Thursday, July 29, Ken Ofori Atta, noted that the exchange rate, inflation rate and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) have been stable amidst the pandemic.

The Minister was emphatic he isn’t asking for supplementary budget stressing he is staying within the limits of the appropriations approved in March for 2021.
