
Accra, Ghana//-MTN Ghana today apologised to its customers for the temporary disruption to data bundle purchases, which would provide 15% additional volume of data from today, 1st July, 2025.
MTN Ghana experienced a major technical issue, which has affected data bundle purchases, including the data volume offer.
“As a result, customers are temporarily unable to purchase data bundles. We recognise the importance of staying connected and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this may cause”, according to a short press release issued by MTN Ghana Corporate Communications Department.
The telecom company, however, assured that its technical teams are working with urgency to resolve the issue and restore services as soon as possible.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding. Further updates will be provided”, the release said.
