The campaign which supposed to last over five months will see officials of the GRA at the headquarters, regional and district levels go to homes, schools, churches, mosques, among others to educate the people on the significance of paying taxies.
The national revenue collection agency will also use social media and the traditional media to drum home the tax education campaign during the people.
GRA therefore called on the general public to take advantage of the exercise to seek information on all tax issues. “People who have not registered for tax or have outstanding tax liability to make arrangement and comply with obligations,” senior officials of GRA told journalists yesterday.
