CAPE TOWN, South Africa, November 9, 2017,-/African Media Agency (AMA)/- The Portfolio Committee on Higher Education and Training will tomorrow (November 9, 2017) visit the University of Cape Town (UCT), following the recent disturbances at the institution.
The Committee will meet with the university’s Council, management and the Student Representatives’ Council. The university experienced challenges related to fee increases for 2018, which led to classes being cancelled last week.
