August 11, 2019//-The Aludiba Foundation has donated 350 bags of rice to Muslims and the New Patriotic Party at Bawku Central in the Upper East Region of Ghana.
The donation is towards the celebration of this year’s Eid -ul-Adha in the region.
Ansarul Muslims in the Bawku Central Constituency, the NPP in the Constituency and the NPP Muslims in the region will have 100 bags each of the food commodity while the Regional Co-ordinating Council received 50 bags.
An official of the Aludiba Foundation, Alhaji Bashiru Abdul Wahab Aludiba, handed over the items to the beneficiaries at brief ceremonies in Bawku on behalf of the Founder of the Foundation, Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba.
He expressed the desire of Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba to continously support Muslims, groups and individuals in Bawku and the region as a whole.
“It is the wish and desire of Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba that you all live in peace and harmony and observe the sacred celebration of Eid-ul-Adhar in unity”, he said.
The Chairman of Ansarul Islam, Hon.Ustarz Umar and the NPP Chairman for Bawku Central, Hon.Yussif Musah Salifu expressed gratitude to the Aludiba Foundation and its founder, Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba for the gesture.
“Every year, Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba find a way to be of help to us and this we do not take for granted. We ask Allah to continue to be his guide”, they added.
According to them, the items will go a long way to help the needy in the constituency in their quest to celebrating the EID on Sunday August 11 as the donations mainly target them.
The short ceremonies were witnessed by Chief of the Zongo community of Bawku, Deputy Chief Imam, Youth Chief of Zongo and officials from the Regional NPP office who prayed for his continues generosity of Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba.
The Aludiba Foundation has since its inception been offering humanitarian assistance to many people in the Region.
It was founded by Alhaji Hanan Abdul-Wahab Aludiba who is also the Chief Executive Officer of National Food Buffer Stock Company ( NAFCO) and a citizen of Bawku.
