Mr Debrah-Ablormeti’s gated community project which is a bespoke home for Ghanaians in and outside the country, is decently built with the needs of the dwellers (customers) in mind.
The project as the name connotes has a tall, long, walled street, a green area as well as security service to protect the residences from theft. These are the things that entice Ghanaian homebuyers.
Housing project
CPL Group has taken advantage of the Villa Market concept to invest in that segment of the market by delivering some 30 units of those villas in the Accra metropolis.
Its villas are located around Airport residential, Dzorwulu North and Cantonment. Admittedly, the potential in that market is still too huge.
Apartment project
Ing. Debrah-Ablormeti who is the founder of the CPL Group and its subsidiaries, is also cashing in on the large expatriate community in Dzorwulu North by putting up apartments in the area.
Due to the proximity of Dzorwulu North to the Kotoka International Airport, many expatriates want apartments close to the airport.
So the company under the visionary leadership of Ing. Debrah-Ablormeti decided to build houses ranging from one bedroom to three bedroom units in the area which is under construction. This niche market project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
