MultiChoice Ghana Opens New Office at The Kumasi Mall

Kumasi, December 5, 2017//-MultiChoice Ghana has opened a new office dedicated to serve both DStv and GOtv subscribers in the Garden City, Kumasi and its environs.

 The new office is located within the plush Kumasi City Mall, at Asokwa in Kumasi. According to Cecil Sunkwa Mills,General Manager, MultiChoice Ghana “this ultra-modern office is intended to give subscribers a one-stop service point with greater convenience.”

Speaking at the official opening in Kumasi, he added that this move is in line with our desire to improve customer experience forour subscribers with our brands. The office is more customer friendly and equipped with the Qmatic software that manages customer flow subsequently reducingtotal waiting timeat this office.

Customers will be able to get services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics, customer care support, software upgrades, replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others at the new Kumasi Office.

Currently, MultiChoice Ghana offices are in Tamale, Tema, Takoradi, Kumasi and Accra with over 300 dealers, agents and installers spread all over the country.

Mr. Sunkwa Mills explained, “this office will offer more convenience to our customers in the Ashanti Region. At MultiChoice, we value feedback and we constantly strive to shape our business to respond to customer demands. Customers are at the heart of our business and we want to improve their experience whenever and wherever they engage with us.”
Performing the official opening, Amakomhene, Nana AduPoku Mensah who represented the Asantehene commended MultiChoice Ghana for the recent price reductions which have allowed more homes to access the great shows on DStv and GOtv.

The Regional Director, National Communications Authority Gabriel Coffie, in a congratulatory message reiterated GOtv’s pioneering role in the digital migration effort.
