Accra, Ghana, December 13, 2018//-MTN Ghana today rewarded the second set of winners of its Mobile Money Month promotion at the company’s headquarters in Accra.
The winners received cheques ranging from GHC500.00 to GHC3, 000.00, some also went home with flat TV screen sets and phones as their prizes. The award was for September and October winners.
Speaking at the awards ceremony, the General Manager of Mobile Financial Services at MTN Ghana, Eli Hini used the occasion to advise customers to follow the three golden rules during and after the promo.
The three golden rules, he stated are: 1. Nobody will call a customer or award winner to tell him or her to meet anywhere for a prize or award. MTN will rather call a customer or winner with one particular phone number to come for the prize at an award ceremony at the MTN Ghana headquarters in Accra.
- Don’t share your PIN code with anybody. 3. Don’t pay anything to anyone to redeem any MTN prize.
Mr Hini urged the customers to continue patronizing the MTN Mobile Money service, stressing the service is safe, reliable and convenient.
Senior Manager at MTN Mobile Money, Abdul-Majeed Rufai added: “We are giving you these awards because you have been loyal to the brand”.
The promo, according to the senior officials is transaction driven and points based stated on beginning of each month.
